HPF operates stringent quality and HSE processes which are continuously monitored and reviewed. We were one of the first companies in the energy sector to achieve the internationally recognised quality standard ISO 9002, and for years have enforced an effective environmental policy complying with ISO 14001.
Constantly seeking improvement is one of our basic management drives. We regularly monitor our key performance indicators to ensure that our first class service levels are maintained and, where possible, improved.
